Phonon is a cloud telephony company in Asia.[1][2] It was founded in October 2006 by Samish Makhija and Ujwal Makhija, who are alumni of IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Calcutta.[3] It provides Automated Outbound Diallers,[3] and Click-to-Call for instant call back from websites.[4][5] It is used by Kingfisher Airlines[3] and Rediff.Com.[4]
