Pierre Cathala (1888 – 1947) was a French politician. He served as the French Minister of Finance from 1942 to 1944.

Pierre Cathala was born on September 22, 1888 in Montfort-sur-Meu, Britanny, France.[1] He was educated at the Lycée Saint-Louis, where he became friends with Pierre Laval.[2]
Career
Cathala served as the French Minister of Finance from 1942 to 1944.[1]
Personal life
Cathala married Mathilde Henriette Lagrange.[1] They had two sons, François and Jean-Claude, and a daughter, Renée.[1]
Death
Cathala died on July 27, 1947 in Paris, France.[1]
