Raneo "Ranie" Abu is a Filipino politician. A member of the Nacionalista Party, he has been elected as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the 2nd District of Batangas. He won election to Congress in 2013.[1]
Early career
He was youth development assistant of former Batangas Gov. Vicente Mayo in 1988 to 1990. In 1990, he worked at Senate of the Philippines as photocopy attendant.[2]
Political career
He defeated actor-Board Member Christopher de Leon and Danilo Berberabe, replacement candidate of decease candidate of his brother Godofredo, which Mandanas opponent in 2010.
