Modrava (German Mader) is a village and municipality (obec) in Klatovy District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 81.63 square kilometres (31.52 sq mi), and has a population of 62 (as at 3 July 2006).
Modrava lies approximately 46 kilometres (29 mi) south of Klatovy, 84 km (52 mi) south of Plzeň, and 140 km (87 mi) south-west of Prague.
