Újezd u Plánice is a village and municipality (obec) in Klatovy District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

Újezd u Plánice lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) east of Klatovy, 38 km (24 mi) south of Plzeň, and 102 km (63 mi) south-west of Prague.
